Wedding blues..
Attended a friend's sister's wedding. Went there just to eat. It was kinda funny with me in a sari and trying to balance running around (pretending to be busy) and balance the sari! Wonder how amma wears that ALL THE TIME!!!!!! New found respect for her!
The wedding was otherwise great. Also slipped off in between to write a mock CAT which went well! So in effect missed the wedding, was there for all the pre-wedding functions.....Ate well...
Trying to read Shakespeare's Othello. Why Othello? Cheapest buy at the book sale!:D. Also reading Shakespeare seems to evoke some kinda erudite feeling, to be able to understand the language (Victorian? Elizabethian?) though I'm never going to feel it. Looks like I will never finish the book.
Doing workshops for the Times of India as part of their NIE programme. Workshops in Public Speaking (!) . I get my first pay check by the month end, may look pretty heavy. Need to buy myself a pair of sneakers. Yes, will do anything for shoes. Seems like that's the only thing i will die to buy!

The most important in a wedding is the food. You have chosen your priorities right by not missing the food and at the same time also wrote a Mock Cat. How was the food at the wedding and what was the menu like?
